Inspiration

An intentionally modern and youthful take on oud, Royal Princess Oud opens with top notes of crisp Sicilian bergamot, intoxicating rose and sweet violet. The middle notes are a fragrant bouquet of jasmine and vanilla absolutes, sparkling aldehydes, dry spicy patchouli and soft powdery Tuscan iris. The base of the perfume contains Siamese benzoin, a sweet gum resin with an aroma similar to vanilla; sandalwood from the south of India, and styrax - a fragrant ancient resin exuded from the bark of certain Asian shrubs.
